JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Lead the pharmacy team to ensure the achievement of company and outlet KPIs & targets.
• Follow company SOP and keep updated on the latest company policies.
• Make decisions which positively affect all aspects of the outlet's performance that are aligned with the company vision, mission and values which protect brand integrity.
• Ensure effective long-term relationships are being developed and maintained with current and potential customers and colleagues, including subordinates.
• Develop plans that incorporate awareness of competitor activity which may have an impact on outlet performance.
• Ensure the outlet delivers the best care for customers and maximises opportunities to drive customer loyalty.
• Provide all customers with a wholesome solution and recommend the product(s) according to customers’ needs.
• Ensure the advices given to customers are accurate and evidence-based.
• Through presence on the shop floor, review the customer experience and take action accordingly following comments and feedback from customers and secret buyers.
• Deal with customer complaints effectively according to the company policy and where needed, liaise with management for the appropriate action.
• Ensure stock claiming and handling processes are followed through, taking the appropriate actions to keep shrinkage to a minimum.
• Monitor outlet inventory and short expiry items to minimise returns.
• Drive all aspects of operation compliance, ethical and professional standards through adherences of the company Standard Operating Procedures to achieve and maintain excellent operational health checks.
• Lead the team to ensure operational standards are maintained, including promotional and merchandising compliance.
• Provide professional medical consultation and healthcare advices to all the customers.
• Recruit, develop and retain staff. Ensure there is an on-going continuous learning within the outlet to help staff develop at a personal level.
• Develop and provide guidance to team members to ensure team members are capable of provide appropriate health advices and able to work independently.
• Train and develop team members to create more leaders, giving team members the opportunity in moving up his/her career ladder.
• Drive performance of team members by setting appropriate stretching performance and behavioural objectives, and review/give feedback against objectives at performance reviews on a regular basis.
• Ensure on-going self-development focussing on current issues within the profession as well as knowledge updates (in line with current issues/trends) which may affect business both locally and nationally, keeping up to date with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Ensure communications is cascaded to teams in a timely fashion.
• Ensure reasonable staff schedule is always in place for optimal business operation.
• Handle any outlet administration tasks and any other ad-hoc tasks from time to time, including preparing training materials and health articles.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree of Pharmacy
• Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia
• Good communication skills, leadership and interpersonal skill
• Outgoing and Pleasant personality, customer-friendly
• Positive working attitude, passionate about Pharmacist profession
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• Location Available: Available throughout Malaysia Nationwide
