Health Lane Family Pharmacy Membership Program Terms and Conditions


The Health Lane Family Pharmacy Membership Program is a loyalty program owned and managed by Health Lane Family Pharmacy Sdn Bhd, applicable to all Health Lane Family Pharmacy outlets in Malaysia. By applying for Membership, you hereby AGREE to be bound by the following terms and conditions:




  • Application for membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above with phone numbers registered with a Malaysian telco and a valid personal email address.
  • You can apply for Membership at any Health Lane Family Pharmacy outlet in Malaysia by presenting your MYCARD (NRIC) or Passport upon registration and notifying your Malaysian mobile phone number.
  • Each individual is entitled to only one Membership, and all Points collected are strictly non-transferable.


  • Each membership enrolment has a one-time charge of RM 5. However, free membership subscriptions may be available during offline or online promotional campaigns.
  • Upon enrolment, you have two options for registration payment and activating your membership:
  1. a) A one-time membership fee of RM 5 will be billed to your account upon your first online store purchase.
  2. b) Alternatively, you may visit any nearest Health Lane Family Pharmacy physical store to make the payment in person and activate your member card.
  • Payment for membership registration is strictly non-refundable.
  • For existing members, you can download the app, sign up as an existing user, and visit any Health Lane Family Pharmacy store for app activation without any charges.


  • Membership cards will not be issued, and the registered phone number of the Member is required to be verified upon every purchase; failing which, no Membership Points will be captured.
  • To redeem or exchange Membership Points, the identity card or passport of the Member must be presented.
  • Health Lane Family Pharmacy reserves the right to waive, add, or amend the Membership terms and conditions without prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will supersede the then-existing Terms and Conditions.
  • To enable online redemption, users must register for membership, and their membership must be associated with a valid email address for logging into the eStore. First time login to Health Lane Family Pharmacy E-Store must enter via the apps.


  • ONE (1) Membership point (“Point or Points”) will be awarded for every RM1.00 spent in a single transaction.
  • Points are earned based on the total rounded amount purchased in a single receipt. Accumulation of previous receipts for Points collection is prohibited. For example, a transacted amount of RM103.45 equals 103 earned Points.
  • All points have no expiry.
  • Points are earned after every purchase, and the current Points balance will be printed on the receipt for each purchase.
  • Health Lane Family Pharmacy has the right to cancel the Points awarded if products purchased at the Health Lane Family Pharmacy Outlets or E-store are returned and refunded in full or partially. This also applies to product exchanges unless the exchange is for products of equivalent value.
  • Points awarded and/or redeemed may be reversed and/or cancelled if Health Lane Family Pharmacy determines that the Points were not earned and/or redeemed in accordance with the stated Terms and Conditions herein and/or due to any system error.
  • No Points will be awarded for any transactions made for online purchase in Health Lane Family Pharmacy store at Lazada or Shopee.
  • Points earned are strictly not transferable.


  • Effective from 1 January 2023, the redemption rate is every 800 points redeemable at RM4.00, instead of every 1000 points redeemable at RM10.00. All balance points earned on or before 31 December 2022 will be automatically doubled up and carried forward to the year 2023. Double points will be credited by 1 February 2023.
  • Points earned can be used to offset purchases at any Health Lane Family Pharmacy physical store or E store, with every 800 Points redeemable at RM4.00.


  • Members may terminate the use of the Membership at any time by notifying us via email at [email protected]. Membership accounts will be terminated within 30 days upon receipt of the email notification, and past purchase history and earned Points will be cancelled and deleted.
  • Health Lane Family Pharmacy Sdn Bhd may, at its sole and absolute discretion, terminate, suspend, or cancel a Membership at any time with or without prior notice and with or without cause.
  • Termination or cancellation of membership does not entitle members to a refund of any membership fees.


  • Lifetime Membership – Free lifetime membership.
  • Members’ Specials – Enjoy exclusive discounts on selected products.
  • Exclusive Invites to Offers & Events – You will be invited to exclusive promotions, events, and offered special discounts during promotions.
  • Exclusive Vouchers – You will be given priority to receive exclusive members’ vouchers that can be used at Health Lane Family Pharmacy.
  • Track Purchases – You may check your purchase history at any of the Health Lane Family Pharmacy Outlets.
  • Email Updates & Regular SMS Updates – You will receive regular updates through email or SMS on in-store activities and special promotions.
  • Other Benefits & Special Privileges – You will be entitled to special offers or discounts by Health Lane Family Pharmacy merchant partners.


  • When applying for Membership, you are required to provide certain personal information, including your full name as per your MyKad or any other personal identification, address, and contact details. This information will be held strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your consent.
  • Health Lane Family Pharmacy is committed to maintaining the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and will take all necessary reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is secured against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or destruction.
  • The Data Protection and Privacy Policy will apply whenever you provide Health Lane Family Pharmacy with your personal information unless required by law or any regulatory authority to disclose or share your personal information.
  • Health Lane Family Pharmacy and other affiliates under strategic alliances reserve the right to use the database information for cross-selling, marketing, and promotional activities. Rest assured that reasonable steps have been taken to ensure your privacy and confidentiality are protected.   • By enrolling in the Health Lane Family Pharmacy Membership Program, you acknowledge and agree that your personal details provided during membership enrolment will be shared and conveyed to associate services, including but not limited to TELEME (a tele-dr. consultation service) and the Health Lane Family Pharmacy E-store.
  • This conveyance of personal details is necessary to provide you with a seamless experience when accessing additional services linked to Health Lane Family Pharmacy. When you require services offered through TELEME or the Health Lane Family Pharmacy E-store, your membership information, including your name, email address, resident address, contact information, and relevant health details, may be automatically transmitted to these platforms to facilitate your access to these services.
  • The sharing of personal details will strictly adhere to Health Lane Family Pharmacy’s privacy policy, and your information will only be used for the purpose of delivering the services you’ve requested. You are encouraged to review the privacy policies of TELEME and the Health Lane Family Pharmacy E-store for a comprehensive understanding of how your data will be handled within those platforms.
  • While Health Lane Family Pharmacy will take reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal information, you understand that the conveyance of data over the internet involves inherent risks, and Health Lane Family Pharmacy cannot guarantee the complete security of transmitted information.



By enrolling in the Membership Program, you consent to receive communication from Health Lane Family Pharmacy, including promotional emails, newsletters, app notifications, and updates related to your membership benefits.


  • The Membership remains the property of Health Lane Family Pharmacy at all times.
  • Health Lane Family Pharmacy may, at its discretion at any time, terminate the Membership by giving thirty (30) calendar days’ notice.
  • Health Lane Family Pharmacy (including its successors, assigns, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, affiliates, and subsidiaries) and the participating Health Lane Family Pharmacy Outlets shall not be liable to you or any third party authorized by or claiming through you for any loss, damage, cost, expenses, actions, suits, claims, and demand whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, including loss of business, revenue, or profits of any nature, suffered by you or any person as a result of using the Membership.
  • Health Lane Family Pharmacy shall hold no liability if a Membership application is rejected for any reason whatsoever.
  • Any dispute regarding the Points and services must be directed to Health Lane Family Pharmacy Outlets and/or [email protected] within seven (7) days of the dispute in writing.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You hereby expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
  • If any of the provisions herein are found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any applicable law, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions should not be affected.
  • Health Lane Family Pharmacy has the final authority to interpret the Terms and Conditions and to resolve any questions or disputes regarding the Membership.
  • Health Lane Family Pharmacy assumes no responsibility for any technical failure of the Membership system that results in the Membership not being accepted by any Health Lane Family Pharmacy Outlets.
  • Health Lane Family Pharmacy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time when reasonably considered necessary. Reasonable notice shall be posted on the Health Lane Family Pharmacy official website as a notification of the amendment(s). Your continued usage of the Membership after any amendment(s) to the Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such amendment(s).
  • Health Lane Family Pharmacy shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience faced by you as a result of the amendment(s) to these Terms and Conditions.
  • All communications and/or correspondences by Health Lane Family Pharmacy will be through notification at the Health Lane Family Pharmacy Outlets and/or publication on the Health Lane Family Pharmacy’s official website.
  • Any notice to be given pursuant to these terms and conditions shall be sufficiently sent to you by way of notification at the Health Lane Family Pharmacy Outlets and/or publication on the Health Lane Family Pharmacy’s official website.
  • Any communications to be given by you to Health Lane Family Pharmacy in relation to these Terms and Conditions can be made by sending it in writing via email to [email protected].
